Stuper Powers In The Twin Cities

TwinCitiesFilmFestUPDATE: Check out these videos from the Twin Cities Film Fest MN filmmakers block on Monday, October 15th, 2012. Just a note, I’m the one dressed like a large headed balding white guy.

MN Block Screening Q&A

“Stuper Powers: Rise of the Chipmunk King,” will be screening at this year’s Twin Cities Film Fest. According to their website, the Twin Cities Film Fest (TCFF) is a Minneapolis–based 501(c)3 non–profit year-round arts organization that culminates in a major mainstream film festival in the fall each year at the ShowPlace ICON Theatre located in St. Louis Park MN. Sounds like the perfect venue for fart jokes and tom fooleries, right?

I couldn’t be more excited to be screening at a local film festival. My mom cannot wait to finally boo my film among a local crowd, so anticipation is high for this one. I will be there throughout the festival, so if you see my big ass head dancing around, swing by and say hello. And if you’d like to see my film on the big screen, it screens Monday, October 15th at 9:00PM. You can purchase tickets here… or approach me in the lobby and I will just play it for you on my phone.

Check out this promo interview I did for TCFF. If you like un-tightened ties and monotone speaking, this interview will melt your face! Thank you to TCFF for editing out the part where I tried to eat an entire bag of Funyuns in one sitting. You guys rule. Cheers!

ROTCK at LA Indie & TriMedia Film Festivals

LAIndieTriMediaFilmFestivalsI was lucky enough to be invited to 2 more film festivals this upcoming weekend; The LA Indie Shorts Film Fest and the TriMedia Film Festival. I would have loved to attend both, but with “Stuper Powers: Rise of the Chipmunk King” screening on the same day at both festivals, I had to flip a coin to decide which one to go to (LA Indie “won”). So if you happen to be in LA this weekend, please swing by and chest bump me. If you’re in Colorado, please pretend you’re me and yell at the screen during my film. Also, shave your eyebrows off cause that’s SO totally something I would do. Cheers!

Heading to the HollyShorts Film Festival!

HollyShortsFilmFestivalThis weekend I have the pleasure of being a part of the HollyShorts Film Festival. My animated short, “Stuper Powers: Rise of the Chipmunk King,” will be a part of the Adult Animation block of films screening on Sunday, April 12 at 9:30pm. I will be there drinking and making a complete ass of myself, so come to say “hello” and heckle the living hell out of my cartoon. Cheers!
